At Stonham we want the best outcomes for some of the most socially excluded people in our communities. We work with over 13,000 people each year, providing services for ex-offenders, mental health clients, young people leaving care and women fleeing domestic violence, amongst others.
We’re changing the way we work to make our services even more responsive to the needs of clients and the statutory agencies that fund us. That’s why we’re looking for aspiring, goal-orientated people to join us in these exciting new roles to help us drum-up new business and deliver excellent services.
As Service Manager you’ll ensure that all users of a defined area of operations consistently receive the very highest standards of service. It’s about working closely with your Area Business Manager at a local level to implement a business plan and manage a service portfolio that meets targets, objectives and budgets.
You’ll also represent and promote Stonham at a local level too, and be responsible for the performance management of staff, which means you’ll need a clear ability to lead, manage and motivate people.
A proven track record of delivering housing or care related programmes at a management level is just as important and you’ll be the kind of ambitious person who thrives on business results just as much as successful care outcomes. |
