| In this job, you’ll be responsible for what over 23,000 residents see out their front door every day. This is a big role that will require courage, dedication and shrewd business knowledge. You’ll oversee the day to day management of our blocks, including cleaning teams and the horticulture contract while ensuring that everything that can be done is being done to tackle and reduce anti-social behaviour. With a large team of 130 staff you’ll know how to lead and motivate people. You’ll also have quality negotiation skills and the ability to get the best value for money out of our estate based contracts. You’ll produce and present reports to our board members, highlighting your performance against targets and objectives – demonstrating continuous improvement and value for money.
