| With a variety of construction and infrastructure projects now in planning and development and as a key part of the Thames Gateway and 2012 Olympics, Greenwich is enjoying a period of regeneration. If you’re experienced in property management, this is your chance to contribute to it – by helping to produce, develop and review our property strategies and policies. You may be a valuer, architect, surveyor, construction project manager, or you may have worked in commercial or residential property management. Whatever your background, you have a record of dealing with contractors, clients, customers and professionals. By drawing on this, you’ll successfully balance property management issues with the needs of the Council and its service departments. Because you have a wide understanding of property management, we’ll look to you to analyse complex problems and develop creative solutions. We’re looking for someone who can take a holistic view of property management, away from the confines of traditional disciplines. Put this proactive, broad minded approach into practice and you can look forward to having real influence on the future of our properties. In addition, you’ll receive an attractive package including an excellent pension, generous holidays and a flexitime option. For an informal chat, please contact Ralph Million, Property Strategy and Asset Manager on 020 8921 5365. If you are interested in applying for this vacancy, please apply via the application method.
